ISRO's historic 100th launch a grand success

The PSLV C21 (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) lifted off successfully today morning in a textbook perfect launch operation. It was a purely commercial launch placing the French SPOT 6 and several Japanese Micro – Satellites into a Sun-Synchronous orbit. In recent times it is the achievements of the intrepid scientists and engineers of the Indian Space Research Organization that brings the greatest pride for our country.
